Arrive in Baku

check into your hotel. Start your day by visiting the Old City (Icherisheher), a UNESCO World Heritage Site that dates back to the 12th century. Walk through the narrow streets and explore the historic buildings, including the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and the Maiden Tower.

After lunch, head to the Baku Boulevard, a seaside promenade with stunning views of the Caspian Sea. You can take a ride on the Baku Ferris Wheel or visit the Carpet Museum. In the evening, head to Fountain Square, the heart of modern Baku, where you can find plenty of restaurants and cafes.

Arrive in Gobustan National Park

On the way back to Baku, stop by the Bibi-Heybat Mosque, a beautiful 19th-century mosque that was rebuilt after being destroyed by the Soviets in the 1930s.

In the evening, head to Nizami Street, one of Baku’s busiest and most colorful streets, where you can find shops, cafes, and street performers.

one of Baku’s most iconic landmarks. These three skyscrapers are covered in LED screens that create the illusion of flames. After that, head to the Ateshgah Fire Temple, located about half an hour from Baku.

This temple was once a place of worship for Zoroastrians, who believed in the power of fire. In the afternoon, head to the modern part of Baku and visit the Heydar Aliyev Center, a stunning cultural center designed by the architect Zaha Hadid.

Here, you can see exhibitions on Azerbaijani culture and history. In the evening, head to the Baku Crystal Hall, a concert hall that has hosted events like the Eurovision Song Contest and the Islamic Solidarity Games.
